Terry Fox Event:  This week our Athletic Council organized the Terry Fox “Run and Fun” Fundraiser for Cancer.  The event took place in our gyms with students participating in a variety of physical activities.  Congratulations to our students who raised more than $500.00 through homeroom donations and the event for the Terry Fox Foundation

Students at School on Weekends:Many of you may know that our school is used a great deal throughout the week during the evening and on weekends. Students will often stay after-school to study or complete group work in the cafeteria and are welcome to do so until 6:00 p.m. Please know that supervision is not provided on weekends or during the week after 6:00 p.m. Students must not come to the school on Saturday or Sunday to study or do homework. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Linkewich via e-mail.

How to Strive Higher and Soar Further:  Enrichment Opportunities:  An information session will be held to explain where students and their parents can find information about enrichment opportunities.  The presentation will take place on Wednesday, October 31, 2012, at 3:00 pm in the cafeteria at PE Trudeau High School.  Examples will include Shad Valley, programs with universities, and where to search for specific experiences.  Students of all grades and their parents are welcome to attend.  The presentation will last approximately 45 minutes.
